I don't believe healing has to feel heavy all the time. I create a space where you can sit with your feelings, without the pressure to fix or change them. Your emotions aren't problems to solve. They're part of being fully, authentically human.

Therapy with me means permission to be honest, to feel deeply, and yes - to laugh, even through the hard parts. Lightening the weight of our experience is often where the real growth lives.
