Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect from therapy?

Therapy is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. We’ll move at your pace, making room for what you’re feeling without pressure to fix or rush anything. Over time, our work can help you better understand yourself, your patterns, and what you need moving forward.

Do you take insurance?

I do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan.

What types of therapy do you offer?

I offer individual therapy and relationship therapy for couples and families. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, feeling stuck in patterns, or wanting to feel more connected in your relationships, we’ll tailor the work to what feels most supportive for you.

How much does therapy cost?

Individual therapy sessions are $200.

Couples or family therapy sessions are $280.

How often will we meet?

Most clients start with weekly sessions to build consistency and momentum. From there, we can adjust the frequency based on your needs and what feels supportive.

How do I know if therapy is the right fit for me?

If something in your life feels heavy, unclear, or no longer sustainable, that’s often enough of a reason. Therapy doesn’t require a crisis — just a willingness to be curious about your experience and open to support.
