I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with young adults, parents and professionals throughout the Bay Area. I offer a warm, supportive space for clients navigating anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and the emotional complexities of parenthood. My approach is grounded, relational, and compassionate - helping clients feel more connected to themselves, their emotions, and the life they want to build.

Are you struggling with self-worth or feeling disconnected from who you are?

Are you navigating the complexities of parenthood or major life transitions?

Experiencing prenatal or postpartum anxiety, depression, or the quiet overwhelm that can come with this season of life?

Feeling burnt out, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself in the midst of a demanding professional life?

I’m a psychotherapist in private practice based in San Francisco, working with young adults, new mothers, and professionals navigating anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through authentic connection, self-understanding, and having a space where you no longer have to carry everything alone.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly two decades working with children and families in a variety of care, educational, and community-based settings, experiences that continue to deeply inform my clinical work today. I care deeply about community building and the importance of meaningful connection, especially during periods of transition, isolation, or overwhelm

I draw primarily from psychodynamic and relational frameworks, meaning I’m interested both in understanding the deeper patterns and experiences that shape who you are, and in helping you navigate the realities of your life right now. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that the therapeutic relationship itself can be a powerful catalyst for change.

I earned my MA in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I am a proud former intern of the Golden Gate Integral Counseling Center and completed my clinical training at the Center for Mindful Psychotherapy, where I earned the hours required for licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the California BBS.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect from therapy?
Therapy is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. We’ll move at your pace, making room for what you’re feeling without pressure to fix or rush anything. Over time, our work can help you better understand yourself, your patterns, and what you need moving forward.

What types of therapy do you offer?
I offer individual therapy and relationship therapy for couples and families. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, feeling stuck in patterns, or wanting to feel more connected in your relationships, we’ll tailor the work to what feels most supportive for you.

How much does therapy cost?
Individual Sessions: $250

Do you take insurance?
I do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan.

How often will we meet?
Most clients start with weekly sessions to build consistency and momentum. From there, we can adjust the frequency based on your needs and what feels supportive.

Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes — I offer virtual sessions, as well as in-person sessions at my office in Glen Park. The space is quiet, private, and intentionally set up to feel warm and comfortable — a place where you can slow down and feel supported.

How do I know if therapy is the right fit for me?
If something in your life feels heavy, unclear, or no longer sustainable, that’s often enough of a reason. Therapy doesn’t require a crisis — just a willingness to be curious about your experience and open to support.

How do I get started?
You can reach out through the contact form on my website to schedule a consultation. This is a chance for us to connect, talk about what you’re looking for, and see if it feels like a good fit.
